Provisioning Guide for Apple Wallet
Admin Flow for enabling and managing the Apple Wallet for the users

During the user onboarding, the Super Admin or the Site Admin adds a user to the Spintly Web portal. All the mandatory fields must be completed to add and save a user. Once the user is successfully added to the organization, the super admin or the site admin can enable the Apple Wallet for the user.
Steps to follow to enable the Apple Wallet for the user:
>> Go to the Left Navigation bar on the Spintly Web Portal and click on the user management
>> In the user list, select the user you want to enable the Apple Wallet. Click on the name of the user
>> From the user detail page, navigate to the Credential Management tab
>> Enable the Digital Wallet button.
- The admin can now monitor and manage the status of the Apple Wallet for the user.

The following are the Apple Wallet statuses that the admin can monitor using the SAAMS web portal. The status will be shown for each device, iPhone and Watch
>> Pending Provisioning: Wallet is enabled by the admin, but the user has not completed the provisioning of the badge
>> Provisioned: The user has completed the provisioning of the badge
>> Suspended: The user has set the device in lost mode and suspended the badge using the iCloud settings
- Admin can disable the Apple Wallet for a user using the SAAMS Portal. In this case, the admin will be warned about the consequences of this transaction. Admin can complete the transaction if required. Once the Apple Wallet is disabled, the badge will get unprovisioned for the user. If enabled again, the user will have to complete the provisioning process to start using the badge.
User flow for provisioning the employee badge to Apple Wallet
- The user signs up on the Spintly App. If the Apple Wallet is enabled for the user, he/she can provision the employee badge in the Apple Wallet using the setup flow on the App.

The user will see the below screen on the App

The user can click on the Setup button to start the provisioning process

Once the badge is loaded on the App, he/she can now “Add to Apple Wallet”

Next, the user will be taken to Apple Wallet, where he/she will see the badge and the process can be completed by clicking on the “Add” button

On click of the Add button, the below transactions will take place

- The User can view the status of their Apple Wallet and the devices where it is provisioned on.

If the admin disabled an Apple Wallet, the user will no longer have the badge provisioned in the Apple Wallet. The user must complete the provisioning when the admin enables the Apple Wallet again. The Spintly App will show the required message to the user.
