How to enroll Fingerprint from Spintly smart access app
Fingerprint can be enrolled under a user by following steps below.
1. Open the Smart Access App.
2. Navigate to Admin Console → User Management.

3. Search for the required user and click on their profile.

4. Go to the Credentials section.

5. Then select the Fingerprint tab.

6. Enable Fingerprint Access for the user.

7. Click the Add Fingerprint button.

8. The system will prompt you to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device to scan for nearby fingerprint readers.

9. A Register Fingerprint bottom sheet will appear requesting permission to start scanning for available fingerprint readers. Grant the required permission to continue.

10. Once scanning is complete, a list of nearby fingerprint readers will be displayed. Select the reader on which the fingerprint will be enrolled.

11. After selecting the reader, the user whose fingerprint is being registered must place their finger on the fingerprint reader.
12. Follow the on-screen instructions to capture the fingerprint. The system will guide the user through the enrollment process until the fingerprint is successfully registered.
13. Once enrollment is complete, a confirmation screen will be displayed indicating that the fingerprint has been registered successfully.
Synchronizing Fingerprint Template Across Devices
Fingerprint enrollment can be performed using any compatible Spintly fingerprint reader by following the fingerprint registration process described above. Once a fingerprint is enrolled, the fingerprint template must be synchronized to all applicable fingerprint readers to ensure the user can access every door for which permissions have been assigned.
To synchronize fingerprint templates:
1. Open the Smart Access App.
2. Navigate to Admin Console → Device Management.

3. Devices with pending fingerprint template synchronization will be displayed on this screen.

4. Move within Bluetooth range of the fingerprint reader that requires synchronization.
5. Tap the Sync-Up button next to the device.

6. The application will establish a connection with the fingerprint reader and begin transferring all pending fingerprint templates.
7. Wait until the synchronization process is completed successfully.
8. Once synchronization is complete, the device will be removed from the pending synchronization list.
Note: A device will only appear in the Device Management screen when there are pending fingerprint templates that need to be synchronized. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and remain within range of the fingerprint reader during the synchronization process.
