Filtering Activity Logs
Administrators can filter activity logs using multiple filters for easier tracking and analysis.
Date Filter
Allows filtering logs by a specific date to review changes made on that day.

Module Name Filter

When you click the Module Name filter dropdown, a list of available system modules appears.
These modules allow administrators to filter logs based on the area where changes were made.
Available module filters include:
- Settings → Displays configuration-related changes
- Access Point → Shows changes made to doors and access devices
- User Management → shows user-related changes
- Attendance Settings → Shows attendance-related configuration changes
- Visitor Management → Displays visitor-related activity and updates
- Access Management → Shows access group assignments, door permissions and access control updates
Selecting a module will display only the logs related to that specific section, making it easier to review targeted system activity.
This is useful when administrators want to quickly check changes made within a particular feature or module.
Transaction Name Filter

When you click the Transaction Name dropdown, a list of specific actions appears.
These actions represent the exact operations performed within the selected module.
Selecting a transaction filters logs to display only entries related to that exact action.
This helps administrators:
- Track specific activities quickly
- Review historical system changes
- Investigate updates or configuration modifications
- Audit operational actions in detail
Performed By Filter

Allows filtering logs based on the person who performed the action.
This is useful when reviewing changes made by a specific administrator or support team member.
Download Activity Logs

Administrators can download activity log records by clicking the Download Arrow icon located at the top-right of the page.
The logs are downloaded as an Excel file, making it easy to:
- Store audit records
- Review changes offline
- Share reports when required
- Maintain compliance documentation
