Access History
Table of Contents
The Access History section allows users to view a record of their past access activities. It provides details such as the access point, date and time of access, access status (granted or denied), and the credential used. Users can review their access events to track movements, verify successful entries, and identify any failed access attempts.
Filtering Access Data
The Access History section provides multiple filter options to help administrators quickly search and analyze access records. These filters allow you to narrow down results based on specific access events, making it easier to investigate activity and monitor security records efficiently. You can filter access data using the following options:
Date Range Filter

Select a specific date range to view access records for a chosen time period. This helps when reviewing historical access activity or investigating events on a particular day.
Access Type Filter

The Access Type filter allows you to view records based on the method used for access.
Depending on your organization’s configured access methods, available options may include: Mobile , Card , Geo , Fingerprint , Web Remote , App Remote , Face , Mobile Wallet , Watch Wallet , QR etc.

This filter is especially useful for identifying access errors, security breaches or unusual door activity.

This allows you to monitor movement flow across organizational premises.
Door / Access Point Filter

Filter records by a specific door or access point location to review activity for a selected entry point.
Custom Attribute Filter-

If your organization has configured custom attributes, you can scroll horizontally across the table to filter records using organization-specific data fields.
