The User Settings feature allows organization administrators to control whether users are permitted to upload or change their profile pictures within the platform. This setting helps organizations manage profile security and maintain control over identity-related access configurations.

Allow Profile Picture

Enabling the Allow Profile Picture option ,  the administrators allow users to upload or update their profile pictures. When enabled, users can manage their own profile images directly within their account settings.

This setting should be configured carefully, especially for organizations using the face-recognition device for door access, as an uploaded profile picture is used for authentication. Allowing unrestricted profile picture updates may create potential security risks if unauthorized or incorrect images are uploaded.

Administrators can enable or disable this setting based on organizational security requirements and click Save to apply the changes across the organization.
