Introduction

The partner application allows Spintly partners to create and manage customer organisations. The application has two parts:

Partner web-based application: It is a website for creating customers and adding devices to the customer's organisation using device serial numbers.

Partner mobile-based application: The mobile app is used to configure devices and update firmware after they are added via the Partner Portal. The app communicates with Spintly devices over Bluetooth to complete the configuration and establish the mesh network.

1. How to get your partner login credentials

To login into the partner application, partner has to request partner login credentials from Spintly by sending an email to deployment@spintly.com or by getting in touch with a Spintly deployment person.

Spintly team will create a partner account and the default password will be received in the email.

1.1 Login into the partner website

Partner admin can now log in with the received password on the website.

• Go to the website https://partner.spintly.com to login.

• Once the password fill it and log in, Then it will ask to create new password >> enter the password >> Confirm password and click on change password .

• If the password is lost then the ‘forgot password’ option can be used to generate a new password.

• The OTP will be received on the email which can be entered here to generate a new password.

• Enter the code which is received in the email. Enter the new password, confirm it and click on Reset password.

Once logged in you will end up on the dashboard and can navigate on other tabs like Customers and Users.
