Shift Management
In this section admin can create and then manage shifts of the organisation. Created shift can be assigned to users by single or bulk assignment.
From All Shift tab, you can edit created shifts or create more shifts and the Roster tab view allows you to see all the shifts assigned to the users.
- Bulk Assign:
Using this option, single/multiple users can be assigned to a particular shift.
Steps to assign users to a shift using Bulk Assign:
- Click on ‘Bulk Assign’ at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the shift and the users that have to be assigned to that shift. Then select the dates.
Note: if the ‘Applicable Until’ date is not assigned to the user it means he will always have to follow that particular shift.
- Shift Roster:
Using this option, the admin can individually change the shifts assigned to a particular user directly from the table. This would be of great convenience especially when a user has to be assigned to a past dated shift or if he needs to be assigned to a different shift just for a day or two.
Steps to assign shifts in the Roster:
- Go to the user whose shift has to be changed. Click on the arrow at the side of the shift name and select the desired shift.
- After selecting the desired shift, click on Save.
- Then click on Save Changes.
Leave and Holidays
From this section leave and holidays can be managed.
From here different types of leaves can be created and included in leave policies. Multiple leave policies can be created as per the organization policies.
Leave Types
Leave types can be created by specifying entitlements and restrictions. To create a leave type, click on the button and fill the details.
Leave cycle
Once leave types are created, can define the leave cycle. The cycle can be defined as per the financial year or Calendar year. If your organisation has a customer leave operation period then customer cycle range can also be defined as shown below.
Leave Policy
There can be one or more leave policies in an organisation. Policy can be defined for a particular cycle by clicking the ‘Add Leave Policy’ button in front of the cycle. Follow the steps to complete defining leave policy.
Holidays setup
- Here holidays can be defined with the help of holiday policy.
- You can start by creating a new holiday policy.
Then select the holidays which you need to include. There are default holidays defined as per the country selection. You can select from those or can create your own.
- In the last step you can select the users you want to assign the policy as shown below and then you can click Save.
Leave Report & EoC Process
Leave reports let you view, filter and download leave details of the users. From this you get to know the balance, number of consumed leaves, etc.
In the EoC Process tab, user names can be added who should receive notifications about pending leave applications and what action is to be taken about the pending leaves.
