The Access Settings feature allows organization administrators to configure QR code-based access for users across the organization. It provides control over how QR codes are generated and used, allowing administrators to balance convenience and security based on operational requirements.

Once enabled, administrators can choose the type of QR code experience to provide.

1. Static QR

The Static QR option generates a QR code that remains the same at all times. Since the code does not change, it offers faster and simpler access but provides a lower level of security compared to dynamic QR codes.

2. Dynamic QR

The Dynamic QR option generates QR codes that automatically refresh after a configured time interval, making access more secure by reducing the risk of code misuse. 

Expiry Time

The Expiry Time setting allows administrators to define how long a dynamic QR code remains valid by configuring the duration in hours or minutes. Once the configured time expires, a new QR code is automatically generated for continued secure access.

After configuring the required settings, click Save to apply the access settings across the organization.
