Device List Finding Device

The Device Management module provides a centralized view of all devices configured within the organization. It allows administrators to monitor device status, configuration progress, battery health, and deployment details across sites and access points.

Navigate to Device Management from the main menu. The page displays a table containing all registered devices in the organization.

 

Device List

The Device Management table provides an overview of each device, including the following information:

  • Door Name - The door associated with the device.

 

  • Battery Status - Current battery level and health of the device.
  • Serial Number - Unique identifier assigned to the device.

 

  • Device Type - Type of hardware device.
  • Configuration Status - Indicates whether the device has been configured successfully.
    • Completed – The device has been configured and is ready for use.
    • Pending – The device configuration has not been completed.

 

  • Current Status - Shows whether the device is currently Online or Offline.
    • Online – The device is connected and communicating with the platform.
    • Offline – The device is currently unavailable or not communicating with the platform.
      • Device disconnected
      • Network unavailable
      • Device powered off
      • Communication failure
  • Site Name - Site where the device is deployed.
  • Access Point Name -Access point associated with the device.

 

Finding Device

Administrators can use the available search and filter options to quickly locate devices based on:

  • Door Name
  • Serial Number
  • Site
  • Access Point
  • Device Status

This helps simplify device monitoring and troubleshooting across the organization.
