You can also quickly locate schedules using the Search bar.

Creating A Door Schedule
To create a new schedule, click Create Door Schedule.

The schedule creation process is divided into two steps:
Step 1: Configure Scheduled Days and Time

Enter a Schedule Name to identify the door schedule.

Select Scheduled Days
Choose the days on which the schedule should apply:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
You can also click Select All to apply the schedule across all days.
Note: It is necessary to define a schedule for all 7 days.

If different timings are required for different days then click Add More Days to create separate schedules for different day groups.

Configure Scheduled Time
The Schedule Timeline lets you define door behavior for selected time ranges.
The door can be configured for:
- Access Control – Door remains secured and requires authentication for entry
- Unlocked State – Door remains open for free access during selected hours
You can visually adjust time blocks across the 24-hour timeline to configure access behavior precisely.

Click on the Schedule Timeline to open the Schedule Configuration pop-up. From this pop-up, administrators can define the time range and access state for the schedule.

The configured state determines how the access point behaves during the selected time period, allowing administrators to create customized access schedules based on operational requirements.

Example:
- Access Control from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Unlocked from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Access Control from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM
This allows flexible scheduling based on business hours or operational needs.
Step 2: Holiday Schedule
The Holiday Schedule setting allows administrators to control door behavior on holidays.

Enable Holiday Schedule
Enable this toggle to allow the selected door to follow a dedicated Holiday Schedule. When enabled, the door will operate according to the configured holiday timings and access rules instead of its regular schedule during designated holidays.
If this is disabled, all doors assigned to the schedule will continue to follow their normal weekday schedule even on holidays.
Saving the Schedule

Once configuration is complete:
- Click Save to create the schedule
- Click Back to return to the previous step
Click Cancel to discard changes
Assigning Doors to a Schedule
After creating a schedule, use the Assign Door option to assign one or multiple access points to that schedule

Once assigned, the selected doors will automatically follow the configured timings and holiday rules without manual intervention.
This helps automate access management across multiple doors while maintaining security and consistency throughout the organization.
